What makes you most happy at work?
Helping my customer communicate and support their customers. If I can make one of my customers jobs easier, then it is a good day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am part of a true team. We fully support each other and cover when there are scheduling conflicts. The technical depth of the SE team is incredible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a clear goal in mind and everything is done to accomplish that goal. I don't see any waffling in our goals or directions like I have at other companies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work at home mostly, so the environment is what I make it and I enjoy that flexibility. The culture is truly one of teamwork. Everyone is working towards the same goal and there is no political nonsense getting in the way.
