great to work at but impossible to refer people to. the recruiting team is very difficult to work with and the least collaborative to socialize with when it comes to recruiting. Feels like a mean girls click. the people i have referred have either received no response or passive agressive feedback

the commission is weak against the volume of business i bring in.

very fun and collaborative and you can see that leadership cares about the perception of the workplace culture.

just a fun group with a passion to win but not sure everyone is qualified to be in the role.
