I like my HMO, which recently got activated, and the uncapped commission.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone encourages everyone. The team also tries its best to make us, newbies, feel like we're part of the family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It doesn't feel like you're working for a boss. They make us feel like we're equal, segregated by the different roles we have to play.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy to see my wave mates, they are the first people that make me stay. I am also interested to learn about my job as days go by since this is a different type of account management that I am doing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like that they are supportive, they make me feel better if I am confused with something but don't spoonfeed me, either. I am getting comfortable with my teammates bit by bit. They share their best practices and give tips on how to do better.
