i'm happy. I get frustrated with little things which happens with fast growing places. But I don't lose sleep over it

What makes you most happy at work?

Not getting yelled at by customers :)

What are some of the best things about your team?

Fun to work with. Helpful

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone seems as if they want everyone else to succeed.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They don't micromanage and let me run my book of business. Help where they can.

What makes you most happy at work?

The money ;) but really, I enjoy my colleagues and it's nice seeing the company do well

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel we pay a little less at my position than what I see in similar positions in the market

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Positive environment. I don't get around the office that much, but most people I work with seem happy to be there. And that can rub off on other people

What are some of the best things about your team?

The people. I think we all do what we can to support each other day in and day out. We have a tough job and it can be high stress at times. The support can keep someone grounded.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think that the amount of responsibility CSMs take on with large customers would inherit a little more compensation. We are a big relationship point with high dollar customers and it seems that there has been CSMs leaving due to low wages

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My (old) direct manager was awesome. Helpful, patient, easy to work with and fun to work for. I hope my leadership continues to promote deserving CSMs to management roles as I feel there are some very good future leaders within the CSM org.
