Difficult to say one best part: it is very competitive, may be eRSU's as our stock price multiples :)

My team is amazing we all work together with full transparency and collaboration. We are highly motivated to support each other.

The work I do is very challenging and moves at a very fast pace. Solving complex problems and being appreciated makes me happy at work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Both Cross-functional and exec teams are open to new ideas and proposals. In the past three years, I have proposed may new UX processes that I was able to execute which made a positive impact. I find RingCentral culture to be very collaborative.

There are many things that I admire about the leadership team: 1. Starting with a thank you for taking excellent care of employees during a pandemic 2.I respect the intentional increase in the communication 3. I always feel aligned with the company's goals which makes me successful at RC
