I love working for RingCentral and I have the best boss. Working with the UK leadership is painful and embarrassing for me and my team. I go from fantastic meetings with the US team to dreadful meetings with the UK management team. The UK need attention around the Ealing leadership

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The US leadership that I report into are dynamic and very supportive
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Internal messaging into the business so everyone is fully aware of where the business is going. The sales kickoff this this year has made a huge change to the moral of the team
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The traditional UK management is very poor. They report what we are doing rather than add any value. The business in EMEA has rapidly grown over the last 2 years and the management what were here prior to the rapid growth are now out of their depth and holding back the business growth
