Everyone is very relaxed and friendly

The interaction with my coworkers, and the ability to control my day makes me most happy.

They are pretty transparent about things that are going on, which puts trust in the employees about the future.

The autonomy I have over my day and I am able to set my own objectives and goals for my work

For the most part they are open about the next steps, and are open about making meaningful changes to the organization to improve.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are all very different in personality, but that creates a culture that is diverse and allows anyone to fit in. Everyone is also very collaborative and wanting to help.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

People that have a degree or even 2 that are even relevant to the company's needs, should be compensated more than those who have no education. Not only is this because of qualifications, but also there is more student loan repayment they have to handle with the same pay as those who have none.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My work requires not only a high level of technical understanding, but I have to work with sometimes 30+ projects at a time which contribute to hundreds of thousands of dollars-and have to turn some of these projects around in a very quick timeline- a lot rides on my efforts and I go above & beyon
