The respect you are given by everyone you work with and the fact that most everyone loves where they work.

The people I work with and the effort made to create a positive culture. Also the flexibility my manager allows me.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing, most people would rather not work if they could :) I would personally rather spend all my time volunteering or going to school.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team first and foremost are genuine, open, honest and caring people. They are creative, smart and truly care about you as a person in and outside of work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can only speak well to my manager and director, but they are amazing people who are not only smart, talented and creative but care genuinely and deeply about their employees and colleagues. I feel very grateful to work with such people.
