Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have grown very comfortable working in RingCentral that I have been happily staying here for a very long time now. The cliche "work-life balance" although very rarely heard of here is very much true. It's like something that is not actively promoted but is just intrinsic to everyone.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The culture. My team are professional, skilled, and kind people.

I am happy that I have great people to work with.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I hope compensation would be increased to be at par with market salary. Current compensation is not competitive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership sets clear vision and communicates it to everyone. They value people with good compensation, rewards, and recognition.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Knowing that RC uses market salary data and has a goal of having compa-ratio that is close to 1.

My team has great support from management especially in terms of budget. It enables us to afford great talents.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like it best when the leadership team is being transparent about what's going on in the company whether it's good or bad.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
RC has a relaxed and very professional environment. People get along so well. It may also be attributed to the helpful trainings promoting good culture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive culture of strong adherence to code and conduct is observed. People respect and talk kindly to each other. Conflicts which I have rarely witnessed are also handled professionally and not through heated toxic conversations.
