Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Wasn't allowed to negotiate salary (rejected initial offer but I ended up with even less), Company bonus is paid in stock = ADDITIONAL 75% tax on it for me. Promised "perks" never materialised (Mac, luncheon vouchers, equipment for home office). There's more but not enough space to list everythin
