I loved RC so much that when I left for what I thought was greener pastures I quickly returned in less than a year. I love the people, the innovation, and the problem solving. It is amazing to be part of such rapid growth.

My team, and the topics that we cover daily - it is never boring. I love solving problems and seeing growth.

Our leadership team gives us the ability to share our opinions ideas and insights. They are very supportive of career growth and executive exposure.
