Camaraderie and teamwork. We all work together to get the job done, no one is an island. We also all genuinely enjoy each other's company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have never been micromanaged. I'm giving the freedom and flexibility I need to do my job and I am trusted to do it without a lot of management oversight.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When moving positions or receiving a promotion employees are only able to obtain a maximum of a 15% increase regardless of what the new position would pay an equally qualified person coming in off the street. So essentially, tenured employees are punished for their loyalty when they are promoted.
