What do you like best about the leadership team?
The RingCentral leadership does an excellent job communication and constantly looking to better themselves. Employee feedback and input is important to the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
RingCentral truly values its employees. They care about our happiness and the community. The programs we offer are like not other company I?
What makes you most happy at work?
My team, always! As well as knowing I am making a different with in our segment. The hard word I do daily is visible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is hard to feel undervalued with our amazing benefits is difficult. However, I am currently doing the job of about three different roles in one and would love to be compensated accordingly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We value and trust one another. That is not a single person I could not got to for support. Our manager is amazing and appreciates our hard work. We are more of a work family than a traditional team. It makes coming to work a joy.
