What are some of the best things about your team?
The culture of helping each other is outstanding. The daily challenges of our role can be a little overwhelming at times. Knowing you don't stand alone is an amazing thing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would say that outside of my salary, healthcare is the best part of my compensation package. Not having to be overly concerned about coverage is a burden lifted off my shoulders.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Teamwork stands above all other examples of culture for me. With the speed with which we grow and develop along with complexity of what we do the loss of the culture of teamwork would be catastrophic.
