What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to exceed customer expectations.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They work under the belief that it is "We" not "Me".

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like that the leadership team has more of a team mentality, coaching and guiding instead of demanding .

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I truly believe that everyone is willing to help others be successful, no matter if it is a teammate, another department or leadership.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe that the average base salary for a CSM in the San Francisco/Silicon Valley area is $110-140K for one with my experience. I, however, chose RingCentral because of its reputation, future growth and culture.
