What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

What makes you most happy at work?
I love to solve problems, and RingCentral and my leadership has allowed me to create a role that focuses directly on solving difficult problems. I've tailor built a job role that is exactly what I want to be doing, and I'm compensated well for doing it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We hire and retain the best in the industry. Our SE team is by far the best group of individuals I've worked with. We truly do work as one by utilizing the special skills of our team to solve the most difficult problems customers can bring to us.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team enables me to grow and learn anything I would like. They set reasonable goals and provide me the resources to attain them. I am provided the autonomy to do my job the way I want and am empowered to make decisions that effect the organization in positive ways.
