I am glad that I left my previous job that I have been working for in the last 7 years and took this job in RC. I am very happy indeed.

My experience with RC has always been great. I feel valued and loved. I feel my importance in the growth of the company and I feel the love and care from my fellow employees
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really care about us rank and file employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is very helpful specially to us newbies. They guide us accordingly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package is competitive for me. Although I would prefer if it was not computed quarterly.

Although not everyone works as hard as the others, I am still grateful and proud of out Team's performance.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am goal driven so I strive hard to meet and exceed my goal. I am happy with what I do.

I am goal oriented so I really look forward to come to work everyday to get more sales therefore get more bonus.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package is very competitive. The spiffs are great as well. Last quarter's comp plan brought a lot of confusion for everyone but I am glad it was somehow fixed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture in RC is truely one of the best. I have been in this industry for more than 10 years and I have never seen such a fun and loving environment
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to their employees and greatly values our feedback to improve the business flow. There may have been a few challenges over the past few months but I am sure that the company is doing its best for their employees. I look forward to working with RC for many more years to come.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love all the active activities that RC promotes like the HIIT, Zumba, etc. I am grateful that we also help out other coworkers who are either ill, or has a family member that is ill, those whose houses are burned and even those brown envelope that we pass along to help each other.
