What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is the patti that I am getting but because of the inconsistency of the scorecard and metrics, sometimes an employee would not tend to perform
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership so far is okay, however with regards to the metrics and scorecard, I would like to say that there is no consistency. There are changes done every month. I am from the special applications team.
