Closing deals and receiving acknowledgement for performing well.

My team is very supportive and we collaborate well together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great decision makers and they provide clear understanding of their goals for themselves as our leaders.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No pressure to dress in a suit and tie in order to come into work. Removing that stress from my life is very helpful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to salary increase restrictions, I am not paid the going market rate for my position. I've been advised that I may need to leave the company and come back after a year in order to receive the market rate for my position.
