I feel compensated, and majorly help offset my salad, burger, bacon and waffle costs.

The improved sense of teamwork, cadence and flow. Seems that efforts are more mutually aligned and the feeling we're all rowing in the same direction is achieving synchronicity per say.
What makes you most happy at work?
My personal involvement in bringing best-practices, improved focus, true team-collaboration and open-minded thinking to where I can see my results and share that cohesively with my equally hard-working colleagues; most of which I can call my friends.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That the community is expanding, bringing more cultures/ walks of life together with a more in-tune vision, process & involvement that looks to be, and enforce a solid foundation to grow up and with. More can be done, but seems that the patterns & processes are more in place.
