So far it's been great. I believe there are some opportunities in training for the role itself. FITE Club was very valuable, but didn't provide specifics to prepare me for my role. I did not receive much value from the videos, would like more hands on training for the BDR role.

When I accomplish a task and am recognized for it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health insurance is very affordable and good care, love the free lunches, and the PTO is flexible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most people are willing to help, especially when I was new. The culture is diverse and inclusive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team seems very in touch with the business and how to grow, but still has a start up feel. Also, the communication is great from the top down.
