How we all muddle together to solve problems and deliver on objectives even those strictly not our own responsibilities.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is warm and welcoming, there are few prejudices or barriers within the company. Staff are very diverse in age, orientation, ethnicity and yet work and play well together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that the company endeavours to ensure that we are all aware of the key business objectives and that they promote a culture that rewards effort and enthusiasm allowing staff to grow beyond narrow definitions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The vitality health package is very good and the ability to earn stock options is appreciated although it would be great if it could be tied to the UK tax system better to reduce the tax burden.
