What is the best part about your compensation package?
even plan, the base could be higher given the cost of living in Charlotte and i would've been much happier with 55k base and 50k target commission . Our parking also isnt covered 100%
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the current company culture lets us all be responsible for ourselves. We all strive together for our goals, we are all different people with different needs. We come together better because we are asked to hit the goal not change and conform into cookie cutter corporate reps. I hope it stays this
