Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have only had 3 jobs in my entire life and RC is by far the best at what they do and how they treat their employees
What is the best part about your compensation package?
quarterly and yearly bonuses (when they are warranted of course). PTO is also a bonus.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The relationship I have created with my direct team. Best co-workers I have had in all my work career
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and their receptiveness to feedback (whether good or not so good). My direct leadership shows true care and concern for their employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We look out for each other, each member is willing to lend a helping hand no matter the time of day or situation.
What makes you most happy at work?
The camaraderie i have with my team mates and other peers. The opportunity to learn something new and knowing that I am working for a company that excels in the voice industry.
