My role has been excitingly chanllenging. I love the fact that i am able to learn new things and charged with new responsibilities and also to bring in my own skill set to help improve on existing processes. The various teams has been very welcoming and transparent .

I like the fact that my suggestions are given great consideration and then fact that i was treated as part of the team from the start. My challenges were given attention and resolved. I don't feel isolated or swimming in the deep, they are focused on helping attain my goal and objectives.
