The compliments that are given, for the efforts we provide as employees... to the customers that are satisfied.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
A leadership team that engages directly with employees via our communications tools... as well as thoroughly understanding how to grow the business and be appealing to Wall Street.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Only comment around compensation is that I believe I am under industry average for the role. This opinion combined with the explosive growth of the company over the past 2 years makes me feel somewhat undervalued. RSU grants have been well received though.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
From the top-down, everyone seems to be fully invested in the growth of the organization. From executives who engages directly with employees via our communication tools... to the peers who are always available to help and assist... This tends to build a welcoming culture and motivate the employee.
