When i feel i've added value to teamwork and supported others to push forwards. Also spending time in person with the team.

The team are fun, honest and enouraging. The work gets done efficiently and we have fun along the way. I trust that we have each other back.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their tenacity, the ability to not only set good values and culture but the ability to implement it. I also highly rate the innovative focus of the leadership.
