Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I love working at RingCentral, I feel included, I feel like I belong and It really feels like a family. I am very impressed by the help, recognition and also the different glip group (BLM, spirit, global relay etc...) it's really great to stay connected and get the help from our colleagues.

I feel very comfortable and all the employees from paris office stay connected.

I love the fact that the comapny is anglophone and everyone is very helpful from all of RC.

It's a pleasure to help and needed. I love to get my work/things done. Sorting out different issues.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We do get 50% from the comapny for our travel pass, and lunch tickets. But I do beleive that taxes are a lot
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I love my job also what I do at work and working from home, but after doing some research I get 3000
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my job and what I do, and the fact that everyone is grateful for everything I do in the office, that makes me happy
