It's been great so far, from the people I work with to the work I do and autonomy I have. However... I'm used to working at a much faster pace though and it's been a struggle to get work done sometimes due to existing. bureaucratic rules.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It's been overall a great experience so far. Within our team, we have good rapport and hit goals well. But to be completely honest, cross departmental collaboration is frustrating at times when other teams are unwilling / unable to adapt and pivot quickly.

My team is extremely efficient, smart, and more importantly, actually good humans.

They seem to genuinely care about world / social issues beyond just work.

Most positive thing is that the remote culture is quite good for such a large/well established company
