I have been very pleased thus far on my journey and really happy I decided to take the role. I can see myself staying for quite a while, as I enjoy the product(s) and the team I work within.
What makes you most happy at work?
Autonomy and the general practices that ensue on a daily basis
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Attitude, approach and transparency. These are the qualities that I have notice so far in my time at RC.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think that it is the whole deal that interested me, including the company ethos, but I would say 1/4 bonus is a massive plus and obviously stock.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The type of personalities are such that there is no-one you would like to avoid. Everyone has a good sense of humor, but equally, good at what they do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think that that the company has very great ethics around employees and this shows in everything we do. Nothing is never too much trouble should you request help for something and it does appear to go for all, not just close team workers.
