What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really feel like RingCentral is generating a great sense of community within the company, I love that. We all need a community to belong to.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very supportive of each other, both in work but also in this very stressful time of COVIS19. Knowing that we are all literally in this together comes through in our glip conversations.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that RingCentral leadership team keeps the us, employees safe in this time of COVID-19 as well as keeping us informed on the status and direction of the company. Thank you for treating us like adults, it is appreciated.
What makes you most happy at work?
Building out exactly what I feel that will work best for my client now as well as in the future and sharing with them how to make it perfect for them even further down the road when I am no longer on the project.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I liked that I had many different choices on health insurance, the sequoia app was a great touch allowing us the ability to function until our actual cards appear in the mail. The set up was fast and easy, thanks for planning for us!
