Over the last year I actually got to have holidays with my family thanks to RC. Although I do wish there was more room to grow and be promoted I am happy with RC.

Working from home and the flexibility.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They understand that we are humans and not just an employee.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They seem to really want the employees to be comfortable and happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The team is small, so the people on the team put in a lot of extra work and wear multiple hats. I believe that should matter in pay.
