Less GSS bullshit, more working on actual features

Less bureaucracy, less politics, less layers, less "planning", more doing
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much bureaucracy, reduce that. Technical and configuration information is easily lost after knowledgeable people leave, we need better knowledge sharing.
