Family-like environment, friends from different departments. Everyone is friendly and knowledgable in their own fields

The family-like environment they provide. Also, the support they provide us with best practices, training, etc. Leadership has never ignored anything positive or any issues I have brought up. Glad to be a part of the RC Team that has leadership who cares about us.
