Working in the Channel org is great with my Manager and VP - but the channel is heavily micro managed and operates in a vacuum to RingCentral as a whole which is damaging and missing a huge opportunity

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Comp package is fair but benefits in Canada are improving but still need addressing. Stock purchase plan is great also
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Channel leadership needs to be more flexible and less silo'd. They need to listen to the market and be more flexible and not so stubborn and set in their ways which have gotten us to $1B. We need to build and do things differently to get to $10B
