This can be a tough place to work. It's not for the timid. But that also makes it very rewarding when you succeed here. There are real opportunities here, but you won't achieve them unless you're willing to commit more than you've ever done before. To me, that's fair, but it's often very tough.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're extremely dedicated. Everyone gives everything they have for this company. We believe in it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Certainly RSUs. With the company consistently doing so well, it's a tremendous benefit, and I'm extremely appreciative of that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The new leadership team seems compassionate. Our leadership has always been relentless, in a good way--constantly resetting the bar. Overall, they try to be fair to employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our success breeds a positive environment. I genuinely believe that the company wants us to succeed. They want to provide opportunities. And more recently, I sense they want to invest more in our well-being. You have to be mentally strong to survive here, and that creates a bond among the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm lucky to do something I enjoy every day. And there are opportunities to get involved in projects that really allow me to do what I feel I do well. And that feels good. I also enjoy many of the people I get to work with every day. There are some great people here.
