RC has been great to me for the past year. I'm paid very well. I learn every day. But when I feel discourage sometimes, I don't think I get the support I need to be able to recover.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the healthcare and revenue sharing
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Pro-employee and takes suggestions into action but not all does, just some
What makes you most happy at work?
Work done with no drama. I'd rather keep things professional and not share private information about myself and I'm glad it's being respected.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It seems RingCentral genuinely cares about keeping the employees happy. It may not always be the result but the fact that the company keeps making an effort to do is admirable.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some (not all) coworkers does not entirely approve of external hires. I'm an external hire and I do feel up to this date that some of my teammates does not approve hiring someone from the outside.
