I just turned 1 year with the company and overall I am satisfied with how work/life turned out. I am very proud of how the company is continuously making its name on tech/Ucaas space. The work environment as well as my friends and colleagues.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We care about each other. Treat everyone fairly. I'm pretty new to the team but received all the info and knowledge to do my job best.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about the people. Even before this pandemic came, I feel like I belong to the company. They send updates to everyone via email and HR.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You will feel that you belong, you are addressed as an RC employee rather than a 3rd party one. You are well informed of what's happening around like changes on the company as well as changes on the products/services we provide.
