i hope i get paid better i mean im not working for free, that would make me really happy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i work overtime a lot and yet i am not paid for the additional hours i put in. the gap between the rates here in mnl and wage rates in the US is immense. i personally know i deserve a raise.
