This company has a lot of potential, unfortunately the wrong people are placed in management positions (either because of favoritism or longetivity even when they're not qualified) especially in the Manila site and it's pushing away valuable people who could do so much for the company's success.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
not enough resources for the market I'm handling, problems raised are not solved
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the company, the management ask bilingual employees to do the job of 10 people while not paying them enough in the first place all while taking advantage of their skills and not valuing them and putting them under people who abuse their power.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Departments work independently instead of working in collaboration with other departments. A lot of people do not work in a effective manner, they follow processes like robots and don't try to think about making things better. I don't see how that works for a company that is constantly evolving
