I'm not excited at all. Since the pandemic, there are a lot of things that are needed to be addressed and most are cutting cost which the company is not immune to. Totally understandable but still depressing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Currently, i have to pay for my own internet. The cost of maintaining fast internet cost more than the company is providing as an allowance which is prorated when you are present. This gives the feeling that the company will only pay for internet during the days you are working.
