What makes you most happy at work?
The relationships I've built within my team and my leadership team who is so supportive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so fun to work with and collaborative! There are some folks who tend to use their title as a power thing, but I rarely have to interact with these people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that they understand that life and family is unpredictable and that they trust that I'll get my work done in case of home issues. I also appreciate that they support my growth as a professional and support my career path.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO and the amazing health insurance. I would recommend that RC reevaluate the base+MBO compensation package. While I am incredibly grateful for the wide compensation that RC provides, my base comes across as not competitive with other employers esp w/my MBA and PMP.
