The base pay is fair, there's an annual raise that keeps up with inflation, and the RSU are great!

The company culture revolves around being kind, supportive, and inclusive. Never before have I worked at a company with this many nice people!
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with kind and talented individuals on a variety of different tasks. The combination of good people mixed with the interesting subject matter creates an overall fantastic work environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is as transparent as possible about the company as a whole. The team also has a cohesive vision for the growth of the company and is willing to do what it takes to get us there.
