What is the best part about your compensation package?
the accelerators between 100-150% of my quota as well as the frequent spiffs that leaderships runs to motivate enterprise AEs

the ability to be autonomous when needed but have the support from our team when needed. It makes me happy to win...a lot.

our team is very collaborative. If there is a fair deal to be made with a customer, I have full confidence that I will receive the support needed to win.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they make the key investments to continually move the company forward which makes my job as an AE much easier because I know I am selling the best in breed and can take pride in my role at RC.
