I love working at RingCentral. It is a great company with great people and products. It is challenging and not perfect, but couldn't really picture working anywhere else, right now.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The collaboration and team work. I don't feel like anyone is "out to get me".
What is the best part about your compensation package?
RingCentral provides excellent medical benefits and 401K and ESPP are bonus. Restricted stock benefits are a plus.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They provide clear vision and direction for the company. They treat the employees as valued members of the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being in sales, it is the interaction with customers and prospects. Working with the RC team to help solve problems and provide solutions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to be moving the right direction. Generally, you don't feel afraid to speak up if you have concerns or issues. Most times you have the feeling that management genuinely cares.
