The last year has been drastically different than first 3. On new team I am just workhorse and expected to work 50-60 hrs a week, and I'm still not seeing long term success possible

Hollow promises, compensation not at market level, "spiffs" that are impossible to hit or pay out almost nothing
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Different on my new team than first 3 years. Every single person new to RC and never worked in office, so don't even know what RC culture is
