The effort to deliver change messaging via the Town Halls and Fireside Chats. The energy as well.

The combination of collaboration and competition, the willingness to take coaching, and to step up to assist with a positive attitude
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Too early to tell as just starting quota and commissions plan, but OTE is equitable and stock options seem fair as well. Healthcare is not as robust as my previous provider but is fine.
