I left my last job/industry because of the people, and the vision we're building here. My boss is not just my advocate, but pushes me to advocate for myself and unlock all I have to offer.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I came from an industry that really, REALLY lacked employee well being and work life balance. I feel like I am encouraged to be myself here, and bring my ideas to help shape this organization -- instead of an organization asking me to shape myself around them.
