people are technical, friendly, mostly positive

productive time; making quick decisions and getting results out

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

the comp is not on par with many other companies in the valley. I would rate it as a startup's company comp level.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

I see little people management expertise, mostly project management; no career development or coaching conversations. It feels on a weaker side compared to company's of this size and maturity.
