I have been here three months and it has been a lot of learning. Both about general company stuff and learning new development tools for my job. It has been challenging to become productive in a short time, but also very rewarding to learn new things.

Very competent and willing to provide help whenever I ask.
What makes you most happy at work?
When there is an interesting coding assignment to work on.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the company meetings each month that let everyone know the progress and direction in the company. Very positive!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is kind of hard to answer now since everyone works at home. We have weekly area meetings so everyone can get together, which is nice. Everything is very positive and fun.
